Returns & Exchanges

At AURI, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are only available for size changes only, while the delivery representative is still present at the time of delivery.

Customers may check the size upon receiving the order and request an exchange immediately with the delivery representative, subject to size availability.

Once the delivery representative leaves, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
